VARIVENT® Mixproof Valves
The balanced Mixproof Valve Type B has provided years of reliable performance in the Brewing Industry in sizes up to IPS 6" with a large variety of Mix Match housings available as standard. The design of the VARIVENT® T_R Mixproof Tank Bottom Valve with the option to install a flushing valve now allows the valve to be installed in the horizontal position creating innovative and flexible ways for shutting off tanks such as used in the ECOMATRIX® manifold.
VARIVENT® Single Seat Valves
For liquid processing and CIP systems the reliable VARIVENT® range of valves is available in Single Seat Shut Off and Divert styles with actuators capable of withstanding up to 150 psi product pressure in sizes up to IPS 6". All valves are available with a wide range of accessories to help meet challenging process conditions.
Expansion Compensator
The VARICOMP® Expansion Compensator accomdates thermal expansion within piping matrices and manifolds yet retains the sanitary characteristics expected of all Tuchenhagen products.
Tank Protection Systems
The innovative VARITOP® Tank Protection Systems combines over pressurisation and vacuum protection in a neat manifold with integral cleaning. Gas management, tank cleaning and instrumentation are also available within the VARITOP® system.
Special Valves
For arduous filling and control applications we can offer Modulating Control Valves complete with accessories such as the three stage seat for high pressure drop applications. Other valves include ASME approved safety valves, Vacuum Relief Valves, Process Relief Valves and Sampling Valves.
