GEA Tuchenhagen offers sanitary process connection housings to enable instruments and valves to be inserted into process pipe systems or directly to tanks without dead legs or difficult to clean voids and corners.
Common features of each connection type are:
Blanking plates allow instruments to be withdrawn and the process sealed. In line access units allow two instruments to be mounted in one housing.
The connectors are designed and manufactured in accordance with GEA Tuchenhagen’s principle of modularity. This principle of instrument mounting is the sanitary connection of choice for many large processors, and most instrument manufacturers now provide the GEA Tuchenhagen interface.
