T.VIS® M-1: Manual Set-up

The standard control module for GEA Tuchenhagen valves – the heart of the system – is the proven 24 VDC interface module with two sensors and up to three solenoid valves.

The sensors on the M-1 system are manually set to detect the valve closed and activated positions.

    Sensors
  • Two sensors standard to provide feedback in the valve closed and activated position as well as lower seat lift on mixproof valves
    Additional external sensor connection to detect upper seat lift on mixproof valves

  • ¼" OD polytube with push-fit quick connect
  • ¼" stainless hard pipe adapter
  • 3 or 5 pin connectors
  • Cable gland connector

The T.VIS® control modules can be removed from valves under maintenance without the necessity of de-coupling electrical or air supply.
