T.VIS® (Tuchenhagen Valve Information System) Control Modules

The T.VIS® M-1 and T.VIS® A-8 control modules incorporate the following features:

• Modular design principle allowing flexibility and choice in the number of sensors, solenoids and interface connections to meet specific customer requirements;
• Clear identification of valve activation status with multi-colored LEDs; 
• Internal air supply from the control module to the valve actuator;
• Protection to IP66 (Nema 4) or IP67 (Nema 6).
• Optional NOT element to be used with air assist actuators increasing actuator holding pressure and valve closing velocity; 
• Easy modification to retro-fit additional functionality; 
• Maintenance-free electronics; 
• Ability for retro-fitting to valves fit with previous control module versions;
• Optional VESTAMID® housing material for exceptional resilience to UV radiation or to operate in an oil laden atmosphere.

The T.VIS® control modules can be removed from valves under maintenance without the necessity of de-coupling electrical or air supply.
